Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. While we will do our best to accommodate you, a cancellation fee of $50 per treatment booked will apply to any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within this time period.
If you do not show up for you scheduled appointment, the full listed treatment cost will be charged.
If you are on a pre-paid series of any treatment, and cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, or fail to show up for an appointment, you forgo that appointment without refund or redemption.
If you fail to show up, or to give ample notice of cancelation, for an appointment booked using a gift voucher, you forgo that voucher without refund or redemption.
We understand that sometimes things can throw your schedule out a bit, but if you are running late we ask that you give us a courtesy call - and please understand that your treatment time may be shortened to prevent throwing out the next person’s day (fees will not be altered).
On your first visit to Alkaline you will be required to fill out a client detail and medical history form. It is your responsibility to ensure all information is correct and up to date. If you have any significant changes to your medical condition you need to contact us to update your file. This will ensure we provide you with the best possible care and attention.
You may be required to fill out treatment-specific medical forms on subsequent visits. Again, it is your responsibility to enusre all information is correct and up-to-date.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 3 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 5 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at email@example.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Alkaline will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
